This life is an amazing adventure.
As a Montana girl, my youth was spent running Wild and Scenic Rivers, fly fishing any water I could land a fly on, chasing whitetail, competitively shooting small-bore rifles, skiing the mountains of my back yard, and I suppose dabbling in anything else that might look like fun. Attending the University of Montana, I earned a degree in resource conservation and watershed management while guiding and running a fly shop. I worked in organic produce as a grower sales liaison while brokering product on the national market. From there I worked in the adventure experience segment of the outdoor recreation industry in sales and marketing and then on to recreation equipment manufacturing. While in manufacturing I worked in national sales and marketing trade relations. I was then appointed by the Governor of Montana to create and direct the Montana Governor's Office of Outdoor Recreation. At the end of my appointed term I founded my business and have been putting my accumulated skills to work for innovative leaders and amazing organizations ever since.
